When a user receives a call or message, they are interacting with a highly advanced, empathetic computer system—not a live human being. We ensure that all participants are aware of this fact.

    2. Data Usage and Voice Cloning

    For services that utilize voice cloning or personal data (such as Echova AI and Heroes AI), we require explicit consent from the authorized family members or individuals. The audio samples and personal data provided are used strictly for the purpose of generating the specific AI likeness requested by the family. We do not sell, share, or repurpose this deeply personal data for any other commercial endeavors.

    3. Emotional Safety

    Our AI models are trained with guardrails designed to prioritize emotional safety, particularly for grieving families, seniors, and children. However, AI is not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical advice. If an individual is experiencing severe distress, we strongly encourage seeking help from qualified human professionals.

    4. Continuous Monitoring

    Depending on the service, interactions may be monitored, transcribed, and summarized (such as the wellness reports sent to families via Angel Calls AI or Halo AI). This is done to ensure the safety and well-being of the user, and this process is clearly disclosed to the account holder upon setup.
